During the Exterior Inspection, we will identify the type of exterior finishes that are installed on your home. We check for peeling or chipping paint and loose or damaged siding. We also make sure the trim, soffits and fascia are in good condition. In addition, we make sure that your entry doors and patio doors work as expected. We also inspect your windows, storm windows and screens to identify any deficiencies, if observed. Lastly, we will test any exterior outlets and lighting and assure your hose bibs are working and secured to the house.
